This project, one of the Shire of Broome's highest priority developments, is poised to address the critical shortage of tourist accommodation and affordable housing for key workers and retirees over 55 in the Kimberley Region​

- Strategic Location: Situated on Lot 3130 Reserve 51028 Sanctuary Road, a prime tourist and residential area in Broome.
- Diverse Accommodation Mix: The development includes 329 tourist sites (caravans, camping, and cabins), 56 park home sites for key workers, and 35 sites for over-55s accommodation​​. All of the park home sites may initially be utilised for key workers.
- Economic Driver: A significant boost to Broome's economy, with a projected total GRP impact of $62.5 million in WA and the creation of 191 full-time jobs by year 10​​.
- Long-Term Lease Opportunity: A partnership with the Shire of Broome on a 50-year lease, offering investors the chance to design, construct, and operate this landmark project​​.
